Financial PolicyWelcome to St. Louis Dermatology & Surgery Center! We are pleased you have chosen us and look forward to providing your dermatologic care. We feel that it is important that our patients are aware of our financial policies. We encourage you to discuss any questions you may have regarding these policies. If your insurance requires a referral, it is your responsibility to obtain the referral from your primary care physician prior to your scheduled visit. If no referral is available, the appointment will need to be rescheduled or you can choose to pay for the entire visit at the time of service. We will bill your insurance plan(s) for all charges related to covered services rendered. You will be responsible for your co-payment and non-covered or cosmetic service charges at the time of service. You will also be responsible for your annual deductible. In the event that we are not aware of a charge that is not covered by your plan, you will be billed for the balance after we obtain a denial from your insurance carrier. |
